We don't like to bombard our customers with junk mail so we very carefully select only the things we feel may be of interest to you
based on what you have purchased or expressed and interest in to us in the past. Such information might include musical evenings and
product launches, workshops, trade shows, factory tours, and upgrade/trade-in promotions.
All promotional e-mails sent include an opt-out link so that you may remove yourself from our mailing list at any time.
If you have removed yourself but would like to re-join, then you can simply sign-up again via the link on our website.
Occasionally we may sent out information by way of a letter or postcard. If you no longer wish to receive this, then you can contact
us by e-mail, post or phone to be removed from the list.

Adventures in Hi-Fi does not accept any liability for any loss you may suffer as a result of unauthorised access to your account or use of this website.
No financial information is stored on this website as an added security measure and we use third party checkout tools to keep your credit card details safe.
Pricing
Occasionally a product may appear on the website which has been priced incorrectly.
In the even of the advertised price being lower than the actual price we will do our best to honour it.
If this is not possible, we will contact you with the option of proceeding with your order at the higher price or cancelling your order and receiving a refund
in full for any payment already made. If the advertised price is higher than the correct price we will refund the difference.

While we make every effort to ensure that our website contains the most accurate and up to date information available, this is not always possible.
We can accept no liability for any errors or omissions. Therefore, if you have a specific requirement or are in any doubt as to the specification
of any item found on this site you should contact us first or the manufacturer directly.
Gift Vouchers & Promotional codes
If you would like to purchase a gift voucher for the store, please contact us and we can arrange for the amount of your choice to be credited to the receipient's account.
Unfortunately we currently do not offer any promotional codes for online orders, but check back soon!
Complaints Procedure
In the event that you are unhappy with the service you have received from Adventures in Hi-Fi and would like to make a complaint,
you can do so by E-Mail or send your complaint in writing to:

All complaints will be acknowledged within 48 hours of receipt. We will try to resolve any complaints as soon as humanly possible and keep you informed throughout the process.
Nothing contained within our Terms and Conditions in any way affects, excludes or limits your statutory rights.
