For most mainland UK deliveries we use UK Mail (formerly Business Post).
For smaller items we use Royal Mail.
We will contact you to arrange delivery of larger items as soon as your order is ready for dispatch.
For stock items, orders will normally be processed and dispatched within 3-5 working days.
We will generally only ship complete orders, so if your order is urgent, please contact us to make specific arrangements.
Pricing may vary depending on the size, weight and number of items in your order.
An average sized box typically costs around 15GBP for mainland UK, floorstanding speakers around 25GBP.
For shipping outside the UK, please contact the shop.
IN-STORE PURCHASES
Some items on our website are not available for mail order due to contractual obligations and the technical nature of some of the products that we sell.
In most cases if you make any purchase in-store we can arrange to have the items delivered to your home address at a convenient time.
RETURNS
If you have any problems at all with an item you receive from us, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Before returning any goods to us, you must contact us to obtain a returns number.
If we have made a mistake on your order and sent you an incorrect item, then we will arrange for it to be collected from you by our courier, free of charge
at a convenient time or for smaller items we may agree with you in advance to refund any return postage costs incurred by you.
If you are returning items that you have ordered in error, then you will be responsible for all return shipping costs or courier collection fees or alternatively you
may return the goods directly to our retail store.
Please note that we are unable to accept return of items that have been custom made to your specification - for example loudspeaker cables or interconnects made to order.
This does not affect your statutory rights or the rights given to you under distance selling regulations.
