Dynavector ASKA

Here’s a little gem that we haven’t told you about: Dynavector ASKA MC cartridge.

Launched in April this year, Aska is where moving coil cartridges start at Dynavector. It’s an accessible entry into true MC cartridge performance at just £449. You may in fact never want to go any further, it’s that good!

Aska is a stonking cartridge for the money. We’ve tried it on LP12s, Axis and Rega and it performs really, really well on all of them.

Available in both High and Low Output versions, Aska is built upon Dynavector’s nearly half a century of MC expertise, inheriting the design philosophy of upper-tier models and delivering that open, natural Dynavector sound.

• ASKA-H (High Output): Designed to deliver a 2.8mV output, meaning it can connect directly to standard Moving Magnet (MM) phono inputs without requiring a step-up transformer.
• ASKA-L (Low Output): A traditional 0.3mV low-output model built for systems equipped with a dedicated MC phono stage or step-up
